What's the Difference Between Fitness Coaching & Personal Training?

What's the difference between personal training and fitness coaching? It's the number one question I've received since the launch of our site. In short, fitness coaching is the motivation, accountability, feedback and program design (the other 23 hours of your day) while personal training is the direct instruction of your workout.

Our Fitness Coaches will write your personalized exercise and nutrition program, while a personal trainer in our Expert Network will come to your home, office, or gym to instruct your workout. It's a unique model, but you will see better results with expert program design and professional accountability in addition to your instructed workouts with a personal trainer.

So what's right for you - personal training or fitness coaching -  or a blend of both? We have no idea - it depends, that's why we offer a 15 day no-risk trial and a FREE Phone Orientation with a Fitness Coach so you can try it out. If you're a motivated, self-starter with a history of regular exercise who is looking to take your results to the next level - without the need for supervision of every workout - our RapidResults(tm) coaching program may be right for you.

Beautiful weather in Omaha, NE this evening - we're filming videos of the staff tomorrow for our YouTube page, hopefully the weather holds up for Monica. We're headed to the gold course for her introduction video. Check out her website at www.confidentlygolf.com.
